Excent Capital is a market-making FX/CFD brokerage operating across Brazil, Mexico, Seychelles, St. Vincent, the UK and Cyprus — roughly 40 people, seven legal entities, consistently profitable. We are small, fast, and we build our own software instead of renting it.

This role is one system: EHQ, the internal operations portal that runs the entire company — sales performance, finance, HR, hiring, onboarding, compliance, and dealing-risk operations. It is the cockpit the business is flown from. You will own building it.
