As a full lifecycle Recruiter, you build business acumen, develop productive partnerships and cultivate skills to influence through data. You serve as the subject matter expert (SME) with a strong focus on hiring highly qualified candidates through in-depth profile calibration, leveraging actionable insights to improve candidate throughput and create long lasting impact to Amazon.
