Description
We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The goal is to transition the right candidate to a permanent position by the end of the contract.

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, manage the month-end close process, and prepare financial reports for review by the company's outside accountant. The ideal candidate has strong full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience, is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, and experience with Procore is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

+ Complete month-end reconciliations and prepare financial reports for review and submission to the company's outside accountant.
