Fulfilment Team Leader (212jc) - Snodland, Kent - Up to £47,000 + Overtime (OTE £50,000) + Benefits
Ex-Mil Recruitment is working with an expanding organisation seeking a hands-on Fulfilment Team Leader to take ownership of a busy and demanding warehouse operation.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.
This role would suit a former JNCO/SNCO who enjoys leading from the front, improving processes and building a high-performing team. If you've managed people, coordinated logistics or supervised operational activity during your military career or have developed these skills in civilian employment this could be an excellent next step.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 6-8 warehouse operatives, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately whilst driving improvements in productivity, communication and overall operational performance...
