Manufacturing backlog management
A. Supervise in-house staffs
B. Review backlog report and special support for long aging or big deal orders
C. Review part shortage report and EOL part
D. Encouraging and driving sales to maximize rev. Q-end cut-off
CPB (Cost Per Box) savings
A. Dell Build product order : Large deal sea-shipment driving and RR express download monitoring
B. ODM product order : Work with retail team to maximize ocean shipment
Supporting Sales
A. Special support for Large deal from key accounts
B. Approve expedition request thru OM web tool and monitor production status
C. Work with Marketing team related 911 message of WW shortage/LTS for EOL product
Communication with origin side
A. Provide download projection in beginning of quarter
B. When serious shortage issue happen, check other regions (JP/HK/CN) backlog in F...
