Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
• Develop ductwork, chilled water, drainage, and ventilation layouts based on engineering designs.
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local codes, and applicable standards.
• Revise drawings based on engineer and client comments.
• Prepare material take-offs and support procurement and project planning.
• Maintain organized drawing records and document revisions.
• Assist site engineers by providing technical drafting support throughout project execution.
