FS2 Classroom Teacher

The successfulcandidate will need to demonstrate the following:

• Be able to work effectively within the team to ensure there arehigh quality and effective learning opportunities for all children.
• To plan programmes of work for pupils inco-operation with teaching colleagues within the team in order to ensurethat all children are taught by members of that team experience similarlearning opportunities
• To plan work matched to the individual needsof children and within the school’s agreed policy and schemes of work
• To produce written records of such planning inaccordance with Trust policy
• To assess and record pupil’s achievements andprogress within the statutory requirements and Trust’s assessment policyand report to parents
• To contribute to meetings, discussions andmanagement systems necessary to ensure the co-ordination of the work ofthe school as a whole
