The Staffing Coordinator maintains the scheduling software, to ensure only qualified resources with current, mandatory competencies, orientation and/or certifications work in the units where such requirements are relevant.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Organizing, coordinating, and deploying supplemental nursing resources to patient care areas across the Mount Carmel Health System.
+ Participates in the scheduling software orientation of new associates in the health system
