Frontline Leadership Coach & Development Expert

The Frontline Leadership Development Trainer at iQor partners with T-Mobile to onboard and develop frontline leaders at the Batangas site. You will facilitate programs, coach, observe huddles and provide performance-based feedback to drive behavioral change.

Responsibilities include delivering content using instructor-led, co-facilitation, and virtual formats; evaluating training effectiveness; collaborating with the FLDM to design interventions and to align with company-wide leadership
