Payments Team
The goal of the Payments team is to enable revenue generation for the Proton ecosystem by introducing new payment methods and architecting client libraries.
Responsibilities
- Expand options for customers to pay with various methods beyond credit cards or PayPal.
- Collaborate with the Account Team, Finance team, and all Business Units to ensure plans, promotions, and pricing align with user expectations.
- Build features across all Proton products.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, QA, and engineers to take initiatives from ideation to completion.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, high‑performance software architectures.
- Optimize user experience and design.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration tests.
