Job Description
We're looking for a frontend developer who can take ownership, move fast, and ship production-ready work with minimal supervision.
- Strong experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Experience building both websites and web applications
- Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive implementations
- Strong understanding of Git, frontend architecture, and production best practices
- Experience using AI/agentic coding workflows effectively without becoming dependent on them
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code
- Reliable internet and comfortable communicating via Discord
- Ownership of frontend work from implementation to delivery
- High-quality, release-ready code
- Proper handling of edge cases, error states, responsiveness, and performance
- Clear communication and regular progress updates
