Job Description
A high-volume hospitality, beauty and retail operation is seeking a mature, driven FRONT OF HOUSE to take full ownership of their guest-facing environment
This is a demanding, hands-on leadership role requiring a dependable and seasoned professional who thrives under pressure, commands the respect of a team and leads service standards by example. Extended retail hours (including weekends and public holidays) apply.

Core Criteria:
- Proven managerial and leadership experience within hotel, hospitality, or premium retail environments
- At least 10 years experience in a Front of house or similar position
- Strong hotel, hospitality and retail sales background with a track record of driving performance
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Sound understanding of business acumen, service trends and retail operations
