Front Office Supervisor - Guest Experience Leader

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest services and ensure outstanding service delivery. You will oversee check-in/check-out, reservations, and lobby operations while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requests.

You will train and mentor front office staff, uphold service standards and grooming, and communicate operational updates to management. Strong leadership and PMS experience are essential.
