Front Office Lead: Guest Experience & Ops Excellence

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee daily Front Office operations including Reception, Guest Experience, Concierge, Bell Services and Telephone Operations. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role focuses on operational excellence, guest satisfaction and maintaining IHG brand standards.
