Our client is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to support daily office operations in its San Francisco headquarters. This individual will partner closely with the Office Manager to ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, dependable, and enjoys providing exceptional service to both internal teams and external guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage conference room scheduling and maintain overall office appearance

- Order and maintain office, kitchen, and facility supplies
- Receive, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
