We are hiring Front Office Assistants for a reputed hotel in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel front office operations, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Handle room reservations, guest registrations, and billing activities.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly guest experience always.
  • Salary: 64000 INR Per Month
