Job Description
The focus of this role is on the professional care of our hotel guests – from a warm welcome at check-in to a genuine farewell at departure. As a Front Office Agent, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring smooth front office operations.
Your duties will include:
Looking after our guests, including check-in and check-out
Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options
Invoicing, managing payments, and handling cash transactions and cashing up
Carrying out organisational and administrative tasks in both the front and back office (e.g. managing no-shows, responding to emails)
Gaining interdepartmental insight into new areas of activity by working collaboratively within our multicultural team
