Front Line Leader – Auto Claims

Lead the day‑to‑day operations and development of a team of frontline claims handlers, reporting to a Senior Leader. The role requires a blend of technical, customer, and coaching skills to build a high‑performing team and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

  • Identify, assess, and retain top talent while supporting career growth and performance management.
  • Lead positively through change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Ensure technical competence of claims handlers and drive operational excellence.
