Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator - Optometry

Broughton Group is seeking a Front of House professional for their Wendover practice. The role includes managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records in compliance with GDPR.

Working hours are Monday and Tuesday from 08.30 to 17.30, plus one Saturday a month. Candidates should be able to maintain a professional environment, balance the till, and communicate effectively with patients.
