About the Role
We are seeking a California-licensed physician to serve as the Friendly PC Owner for our affiliated professional medical corporation.
This is a low time-commitment, administrative role focused on maintaining required physician ownership for compliance with California regulations. It does not involve day-to-day operations or active clinical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Role
- Serve as the legal physician owner of the Professional Corporation (PC)
- Maintain an active California medical license in good standing
Administrative Support
- Review and sign standard corporate or compliance documents as needed
