Office Address: 1062 Budapest, Váci út 1-3., Westend Offices, B. tower 
 Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
 Work model: Full on-site
What you'll do
Troubleshoot issues related to mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, and smart devices.
Guide customers through product features and functionalities.
Escalate complex technical cases when needed.
Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes.
