French Reservations Agent – Madrid Hospitality

Minor Hotels in Madrid is seeking a Reservations Agent (M/F) to join the Central Reservation Office. You will manage bookings from inquiry to confirmation, across direct and indirect channels, and provide detailed information on hotel products and services.

You will actively upsell and cross-sell, contributing to revenue growth while delivering exceptional service. The role requires full-time on-site work in Madrid and fluency in French.
