Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage airfreight operation team
- Ensure smooth operations and good customer services
- Execution of MAWBs and HAWBs (Direct and consolidation shipment)
- Manage airline FWB/FHL submission
- Follow up and process shipments with status updates to agents/clients
- Handle all necessary documentation for shipments and coordinate collection and delivery with contractors to meet flight closing time
- Ensure COD customer payments are collected prior to releasing airway bill/delivery to customer
- Attend to all messages pertaining to operation matters
- Oversee airfreight import and export billing to clients and agents
- Close all airfreight import and export job files promptly to meet month end closing
- Maintain good relations with customers and agents to ensure customer service quality
