1) Management and execution of the operation of forwarding operations and the business plan
- Monitor operations and business performance of forwarding on a daily basis in line with the Company’s policy, business plan, and growth strategy.
- Follow up on operations procedures and resolve any issue or incidents that occurs.
- Monitor and ensure operations and service quality to meet customers' expectations and requirements with excellent customer service from the team
- Full P&L responsibility of the customer in charge to meet the target of revenue and profit, report and analyze business results versus plan and targets/KPI
- Build good relationships with customers at all levels
