Main Purpose of the role


DSV are recruiting for a Freight Forwarder in Purfleet. This role will be managing road freight shipments end to end, ensuring full visibility and control throughout the supply chain. 

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure all activities are completed in line with agreed service levels, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Coordinate with shipping lines, non-vessel operating common carriers (NVOCCs), ports, transport providers, and overseas offices.

  • Proactively identify and manage exceptions, resolving issues before they impact customer operations.
