The Support Engineer ensures stable day -to-day IT operations in Belgium &
Netherlands. The role focuses on hands -on user support, server administration, production-related IT support and coordination with external service providers. It is a strongly operational role with close proximity to the business and production environment.
Your profile
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for office and production users
• Act as first onsite contact for IT incidents and service requests
• Support workplace environment (hardware, Windows, M365, peripherals)
• Basic support of local network, printers, and infrastructure components
• Support production-related IT systems (e.g. shopfloor IT)
• Escalate incidents to Cluster IT, Global IT or external partners as required
