Freelance Operational Risk & Human Factors Consultant

dss+ is seeking a freelance SME to perform short-term operational risk assessments in manufacturing environments, focusing on man–machine interaction and behavioural safety. You will work on-site for 3–4 week periods, engaging frontline teams and leadership to identify practical improvement opportunities and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with dss+ teams to ensure high-quality assessment delivery and contribute to risk and performance improvements across multiple
