An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Forensic Planner to join a leading UK developer/contractor on a major mixed-use development in Central London.
Our client is seeking a commercially astute planning professional to provide specialist forensic planning support on two high-value construction claims. This is a project-focused assignment requiring a strong understanding of delay analysis, programme assessment and contractual entitlement.
This engagement offers a high degree of flexibility, with part-time working considered for the right individual, making it an ideal opportunity for experienced consultants managing multiple commissions.
