Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise daily building maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and periodic maintenance activities.
- Manage and support a team of technicians and skilled workers while overseeing planning, workload allocation, and leave management.
- Follow up on maintenance projects, interventions, and external contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
- Manage supplier relationships, service contracts, budgets, invoices, and monitor compliance with agreed KPIs and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain technical documentation, report maintenance activities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction, Building Engineering, or equivalent experience.
