Fraud Prevention & Analytics Specialist

PayJoy is seeking a Fraud Operations Agent in Mexico City to monitor and investigate card transactions, merchants and customers, analyze fraud patterns, and implement tactics to mitigate fraud risks, protecting customers and the company's assets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in fraud prevention, strong SQL basics, advanced English, and the ability to collaborate with Product, Sales and Support teams across countries to improve controls, document cases, and prepare fraud trend reports.
