Join us as a Fraud Prevention Agent within our Outsourcing line of business. You will work both with the ScamScan Team and Member Verification Team.
As part of ScamScan team, you will be making outbound calls to help our members who are transferring their occupational pension schemes to a new provider. You will undertake a due diligence discussion with the member to ascertain and confirm the details and driving factors of the transfer request and highlight any potential areas of concern that could expose the member to a scam. The “Member Verification Team” supports the wider business where enhanced levels of identification are required at any point throughout our processes. This is achieved through direct conversations with the members and the use of biometric technology.
The Role
