Franchise JV Delivery Lead

Americana JV within Franchise Operations in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Programme Manager to lead end-to-end planning, mobilisation and delivery of strategic initiatives. You’ll translate JV strategy into roadmaps, drive unit openings, readiness and cross‑functional synergies across marketing, loyalty, fuel, supply chain.

You will govern programs, manage complex contracts, and deliver on P&L targets with continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and the partner.
