Fragrance Development Strategy

• Define clear and precise fragrance development strategies for all incoming briefs, based on market and consumer knowledge, olfactive panorama and benchmarks, taking into consideration all technical parameters of the requests.
• Drive perfumers to develop successful winning fragrances by sharing product and market knowledge combined with meeting in-use performance benchmarks in alignment with the sales objectives.
• Provide fragrance and market guidance and be a source of inspiration to stimulate perfumers’ creativity.
• With perfumers, proactively develop fragrances reflecting future trends, inspired by marketing, client needs/portfolios and consumer insights.
• Review customer fragrance strategies with marketing and create suitable action plans with KAMs.
