FR4 PCB Process Engineer — DFM, Supplier Dev, Optics

Lumilens is seeking a hands-on Component Process Engineer to be the primary substrate engineering interface between hardware design teams, packaging manufacturing teams and worldwide substrate suppliers.

This role focuses on FR4 substrate/PCB from new technology development, process development to qualification of suppliers, with deep hands-on experience in mSAP/HDI and various PCB manufacturing processes. Travel across Asia is expected.
