About the Role

The role will focus on identifying, analyzing, and executing strategic opportunities, including markets/verticals expansion, partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities. It also involves preparing investor presentations and reports to improve the company’s equity story and positioning.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and size new growth opportunities, including market expansion, new products, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions
• Conduct market mapping, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence
• Support partnership negotiations and deal structuring
• Build financial models and valuation analyses
• Support due diligence processes and transaction execution
