Role Overview

As a founding SDR, you own pipeline generation from day one, working Enterprise and Mid‑Market accounts. The role requires account‑based outbound prospecting, researching target accounts, and building a repeatable engine. You will not be handed a script; you must define what a good outbound interaction looks like and test messaging, qualification criteria, and pipeline metrics.
