Founding Recruiter & AI-Driven Talent Builder

Clarasight is seeking a founding Recruiter to own talent acquisition across the company as we scale our AI-powered mission control for corporate travel. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to build the team spanning engineering, GTM, and operations, while embedding automation and AI to accelerate speed and improve candidate experience.

You will shape the hiring bar, establish processes, and implement systems that scale with us across Boston, NYC, Lisbon, and London.
