Job Description

Aspora is seeking a Sales Lead to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for its innovative business banking platform aimed at UAE SMEs. You will be responsible for building the customer pipeline, managing the sales process from initial contact to contract, and leveraging market intelligence to evolve the product.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales within the UAE, especially in financial products, and should possess a strong network in the local business ecosystem. Arabic language skills and a proactive approach are beneficial.
