Founder Sprint Program Lead & Builder

Aalto University is seeking a Founder Sprint Coordinator to lead their flagship program aimed at supporting future founders. This full-time position will involve managing the recruitment process, organizing events, and developing scalable systems for program operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong execution skills, a builder-operator mindset, and a passion for startups. Proficiency in English is required, and Finnish is a plus. The position is fixed-term until 31 August 2027 and requires presence on-site most workdays.
