Forward Deployed Engineer

Summary

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who lives at the intersection of engineering and client success. You’ll be embedded with B2B partners to understand their needs, translate them into product improvements, and ship solutions fast. You’ll build, iterate, and deploy directly in response to feedback while helping clients get the most out of our AI‑driven educational platform. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, can navigate complex client relationships with empathy and clarity, and still wants to be hands‑on in the codebase every day. We operate mostly remote with key offices in Bogotá, San Francisco, and Mexico City.
