Position Title: Form Carpenter Foreman - Water/Wastewater
Position Summary
Lean Synergy Solutions is seeking a Form Carpenter Foreman - Water/Wastewater to support heavy civil construction projects in the Dunn, NC area. This role is designed for an experienced concrete and form carpentry professional with hands-on experience building forms, tying rebar, placing and finishing concrete, and supporting poured-in-place structures for water and wastewater treatment, pump station, commercial, industrial, and related infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of planning work from start to finish while leading by example in the field.
