Forklift Operator (Warehouse)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM (2-on / 2-off / 3-on / 2-off rotation)

Position Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe movement, storage, and handling of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility. This role supports production by efficiently loading/unloading trucks, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily equipment inspections and document any issues

Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in accordance with safety procedures

Safely load, unload, store, and retrieve materials to support production operations
