**Job Description**
The Forklift Operator plays a key role in supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations by safely moving materials, managing inventory, and ensuring production lines are consistently supplied. This position works on 1st shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Saturday, and involves operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes in a clean, temperature-controlled facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Move product throughout the facility as directed by the manufacturing system, daily work schedule, or associate requests.
+ Ensure direct materials are consistently available for manufacturing and assembly of customer orders.
+ Perform inventory pulls and support inventory management activities to maintain accurate stock levels.
