Warehousing LATHROP , CA Jun 8, 2026 Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our client’s facility in Lathrop, CA. The ideal candidate must have prior warehouse experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.



Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday Variable schedule based on operational needs

Pay Rate: $18 /hour

Job Overview:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting

Forklift Operators must have familiarity with: Double deep stand-up high reach forklifts Sit-down forklifts with single and double attachment

Slip sheet experience is a plus

RF scanner familiarity preferred

WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience preferred

Ability to consistently lift, stack, and move up to 55 pounds for up to 12 hours
