**Job Description**
This role is responsible for accurately reading work orders and safely gathering, moving, and staging cut lumber and metal connector plates required for the production of roof and floor trusses. You ensure the correct materials are available at the right locations, maintain a clean and organized work area, and operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

+ Read and interpret pick lists, work orders, and production schedules, whether typed, handwritten, or displayed on a computer screen, to determine required lumber sizes, grades, and quantities.
+ Pull and stage the correct lumber and metal connector plates for production workers, ensuring accuracy in size, grade, and quantity.
