Forklift Driver (Stand-Up / Reach Truck)
Location: Carrollton
Pay: Starting at $18.25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Position Overview
Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role primarily involves operating a stand-up forklift (reach truck preferred) to move, locate, and stack materials efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate stand-up and/or reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials as directed
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety standards (OSHA compliant)
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals
