Job Summary
The Production Team Leader coordinates, trains, and supervises the daily activities of sub‑leader and production associates in the designated department to ensure safety, quality (rejects, claims, sorting), cost (PPLH), and delivery targets are met. Ensures daily checks are completed so systems are functioning properly. Complete and submit end‑of‑shift requirements and communicate to manager on any departmental issues (e.g. machine, safety, etc.). Enforce company policies and procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Production Manager, General Manager.
