Job Summary
The Production Team Leader coordinates, trains, and supervises the daily activities of sub‑leaders and production associates in the designated department to ensure safety, quality (rejects, claims, sorting), cost (PPLH) and delivery targets are met.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for performance management and overseeing associates and sub‑leaders assigned to the department.
- Ensures good employee relations and provides associate coaching and counselling where appropriate.
- Coordinate sub‑leader and associate daily assignments.
- Lead daily start‑up meetings.
- Track and ensure production schedule is met, coordinate and perform changeovers and monitor production to ensure compliance with the shipping schedule.
