Job Description
- Drive global technical planning for forestry machinery by analyzing market demands, defining product portfolios, and building scalable technical roadmaps.
- Design and prioritize machinery development plans, providing technical leadership to teams to deliver products aligned with strategic goals.
- Own end-to-end technical solutions for key products—from concept to launch. Guide R&D teams in design and validation, ensuring compliance with the company’s NPI process.
- Facilitate technical communication between customers, design teams, and leadership. Translate operational needs into measurable design specifications, document improvement histories, and refine processes continuously.
- Support team development by mentoring global R&D teams on technical best practices and assisting in resource optimization.
