Planning and Job Set-Up
+ Participate in preconstruction planning, when possible, regarding the project schedule.
+ Participate in project hand-off meetings and pre-construction meetings.
+ Explore and advise project team on appropriate methods, materials schedules, and procedures.
+ Facilitate equipment and personnel mobilization.
+ Assist in development of project goals.
Project Execution
+ Complete comprehension of work activities associated with trade.
+ Coordinate job site workforce for timely project completion.
+ Coordinate with Superintendent for daily and weekly work assignments and tasks.
+ Evaluate, plan, and communicate resource needs in a timely manner.
+ Ensure all materials are properly tested according to specifications and ensure all test results are properly recorded.
